Talks Forge Policy On Higher Retirement Age
The government and labour market organizations are to open talks Thursday evening on the means to extend the period of active working life. A Finance Ministry report based on evaluations by eight research institutes says that proposals put forward to raise the retirement age are no guarantee that the government’s target of adding three years to the average career will be met.
