130,000 login details leaked in Finland

Helsinki new business centers online site Liiketoimintasuunnitelma.com has had a security breach. The open service had around 130,000 emails, usernames and passwords that have been leaked. The passwords are in clear text and directly readable.

Counting by the number of accounts compromised this is the largest breach in Finland so far. Helsinki Police are investigating the case. The online service was meant to create business plans and the leaked information could also include confidential details, in addition to logins and passwords.

If you have used the same password in other services users are advised to change passwords immediately. It is especially crucial to make sure the email password is not used in other other services, because emails are often used to reset passwords to other services.
