Are all screws in F1 tightened with a torque wrench?

Are the screws on a Formula 1 racing car each tightened precisely with a torque wrench or is it done by hand estimates?

It depends. Critical parts are tightened to a specific measurement set by a torque wrench, but the exterior panels and a lot of other parts do not require this.
