How is a stopped Formula 1 car cooled down?

When a F1 car is turned of fans are placed to the cooling vents. Is it still cooled by circulating water or does this only cool down the radiator?

All the coolers are set with fans when the car is stopped. This allows the car to get a bit cooler, but the water is not circulating at this point. Some battery cooling systems do have electric pump to guarantee cooling. If the car is overheated, then the engine is turned with the staring engine to make the coolant circulate.
