Guest harbor & restaurant jobs in the Finnish archipelago - summer 2018
Triton Marin runs a number of guest harbors in the Finnish archipelago off the city of Turku. The company has 5-7 employees, but for the summer it employs some 100 summer employees for restaurants and other tasks in the guest harbors at Örö fortress, Seili, Nauvo guest harbor, Archipelago center Korpoström and Norrby in Iniö.
The company offers summer jobs with the opportunitunity to spend time in the middle of the most beautiful archipelagos in the world. The working community is comprised of tight teams, often leading to life long friendships. Job tasks are varied, and you can use your own strengths - whether it's steering boats, customer service or preparing archipelago delicacies.
Triton Marin expects that applicants have experience of outer archipelago environment, and an appreciation of the uniqueness of the area. Cooperation and customer service, ability to work under pressure as well as work independently are key to success for staff working in the archipelago. Previous experience from similar work is an advantage, but not required. Applicants should be over 18 years old.
Ideally applicants should speak Finnish, but any language skills (Swedish, German, Russian, etc.) are an advantage as tourism in Finland is on an upswing. For the summer 2018 season the company has positions open in Örö, Seili, Nauvo, Korpoström and Iniö. Applications should be sent using the form on the company's recruitment page.
