If all the parts are readily available, it takes a few working days. In the beginning of the season it takes a bit longer as parts and the deign is new. There is always some fine tuning needed, regardless of how well the car is designed. You must see where the wiring harnesses go through and so on. But at the end of the season it's routinely done in the mentioned time.
