How is the ride height of a Formula 1 car changed from a stand still to 300 kilometres per hour speeds.

It depends on the settings of the suspension; stiffness of the springs and third elements are the most significant components. The front end of the car goes down by some 20 mm and the rear somewhere between 60 to 70 millimetres when comparing speeds of 0 and 300 km/h.
