Is the DRS position of the rear wing fixed or does it vary in F1?

Does the DRS mechanism in Formula 1 cars' rear wing allow adjustments, or is it always the same? Is the wing in a steeper angle in Monaco than it is in Monza, for example?

No regulations limit the angle of the rear wing's DRS open position. The wing is opened to a neutral angle and in theory they could vary between Grand Prixes.
