How high from the ground do drivers sit in a Formula 1?

It's common to see sparks from the bottom for Formula 1 cars as the floor hits the surface of the track. But how high is the driver seated?

The bottom of the car and be somewhere between 20-30 millimetres from the asphalt at the end of the straight. The bottom plate and the driver is separated by some 10 mm of material, so it's safe to say the driver is sitting at a hight of around 5 centimeters from the ground. It's ideal to get the driver as close to the track as possible.
